Certified/Registered Medical Assistant at IVX Health! Locations: Bryn Mawr, PA + Jenkintown, PA
Full-Time | Monday - Thursday, 2 days at each clinic + Saturdays at Malvern.

What You'll Do - Welcome and check-in patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Assist with scheduling, medical records, and updating insurance information.
- Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms and taking patient vitals.
- Assist with infusions, subcutaneous injections, and documenting patient care.
- Help maintain clinic inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform lab draws, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring - Enjoys interacting with patients, nurses, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to take and record vital signs and administer medications and injections.
- Capable of documenting patient care accurately in the EMR and handling telephones and scheduling appointments.
- Demonstrates ethical healthcare and business practices, ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
Essential Qualifications - Successful completion of a formal Medical Assistant program, with certification.
- Active and valid Medical Assistant certification or licensure in the state of employment. Candidates must ensure their certification remains current and meet all applicable state-specific regulatory requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Experience in an infusion therapy setting is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
