We're hiring experienced Stainless Steel Structural Welders (Flux-Core Process) for long term, nationwide turnaround work. If you're dependable, driven, and ready to get paid to travel, read on.

The Job

You'll travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core process (309 wire on " carbon plate). You'll read and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions, including overhead and vertical , in high-pressure, physically demanding environments like boilers and scaffolding systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial welding experience
• Ability to pass bend-tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux-Core, 309 wire)
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces
• Willing to travel continuously nationwide
• Must be 21+ with a valid ID and clean background (no felonies in the last 7 years)
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety

Pay & Benefits

• $25/hour base pay + $15/hour travel pay + $30/day per diem
