What We Need:

5 Years Advanced Structural Fitting in a Steel Fabrication Shop

• Read/Interpret Drawings, Blueprints, and Plans to understand Fabrication Requirements.
• Identify Structural Steel Shapes, Including Beams, Columns, Plates, Channels & HSS.
• Lay Out and Fit per Weld Details and AISC Standards
• Accurately Measure and Cut Structural Steel Components to Required Length using Tools and Equipment.

5 Years Experience Welding; Flux Core Dual Shield, CJP.

• Certifications: FCAW, WABO, AWS or
• Ability to Pass a Weld Certification Test to Red Dog Fabrication Standards.

• Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.
• Safe Use of Equipment, Tools, and Healthy Work Environment Practices.
• Ability to Follow Policies and Procedures.
• Must Be Able to Stand for 8+ Hours a Day.
• Ability to Lift 65 lbs.
• Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Issued Driver's License.
• Must be Drug and Marijuana Free and pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age.

• Consistently at Work on Time with Good Attendance History
• Able to work Monday to Friday with Occasional Saturdays
• Work 6:00am - 3:30PM
• Ability to Work Overtime as Needed
• Ability to Occasional Travel When Job Requires
• Work Well on Teams
• Have a Positive "Can Do" and "Growth Mindset" Attitude
