Role: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Location: Englewood, CO (Hybrid – must be local)

Duration: 3-month Contract to Hire

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: 2 rounds (Final step is in-person)

Rate: $85 C2C

Project Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer/Developer. This hybrid role focuses on creating user-centered solutions for call center operations and customer-facing tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UX/UI design, front-end development, and integrations with third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for call center tools (IVR, self-service, chatbots, dashboards)
• Integrate AWS Connect with CRMs like Salesforce and Zendesk
• Use AWS Lambda, Lex, Polly, and CloudWatch to enhance functionality
• Lead usability testing, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping (Figma/Sketch/XD)
• Collaborate with IT, product, and customer service teams
• Mentor junior designers and developers

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years in UX/UI design & development
• Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

Nice to Have:

• AI chatbot/virtual assistant development
• Agile environment experience
