In this temp to hire Shop Helper role, you’ll gain valuable skills in rigging, safety, and warehouse operations, with potential cross-training in forklift operation. 

Shop Helper Job Responsibilities:

• Assist crane operators in rigging and unrigging various metal bar stock

• Safely guide materials during lifting and placement

• Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate movement and storage

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures

Schedule:

Swing Shift, Monday-Friday 1:30pm to 10pm

Pay $21 per hour

Shop Helper Requirements:

• Ability to work full shift on your feet in an industrial environment

• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and large materials

• Reliable transportation to Woodland, WA

• Able to lift up to 50lbs
