Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced EHS Manager to lead and implement environmental, health, and safety strategies across our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with company and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Conduct EHS training programs for employees and management.
• Serve as the main contact for regulatory agencies and emergency response situations.
• Analyze EHS data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership to promote a culture of safety.
• Manage permits, waste disposal, and sustainability initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manfacturing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
• Professional certification(s) preferred (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence change and drive EHS performance.
