💼 Direct Hire | Full-Time | First Shift

💰 Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance teams across four manufacturing sites.
  • Champion a proactive maintenance culture by implementing TPM, 5S, and Lean principles.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year maintenance and reliability roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Standardize maintenance processes, equipment, and protocols across all locations.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering to align maintenance with safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Manage change initiatives and introduce new technologies and strategies effectively.
  • Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including LOTO procedures.
  • Conduct audits and lead continuous improvement efforts in maintenance performance.
  • Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Build development plans for maintenance staff to support growth and succession planning.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • 4+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success managing multi-site teams and driving strategic maintenance initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLC experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
