Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support for several principals.
  • Manage scheduling, coordinate calendars, answer calls, and prepare written correspondence, emails, meeting materials, briefings and memos.
  • Oversee travel logistics and expense reimbursements.
  • Coordinate in-office meetings and events, including food and beverage vendors, transportation, and day-of set up.
  • Proactively manage monthly client billing, actively following up when needed.
  • Oversee group assignments, coordinate deliverables and manage ad hoc projects for the practice group.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You are degreed and have a minimum of three (3) or more years of previous relevant experience and an interest in DC politics.
  • Software superstar. You have strong computer and software skills and can operate across a range of platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, Chrome River, WebEx, InterAction, document management, and room scheduling systems.
  • Deadline driven. You have excellent time management and multitasking skills. Managing competing interests and meeting deadlines in a fast-faced environment is one of your strengths.
  • Team oriented. You enjoy working collaboratively with others to deliver results for the firm and their clients.
