Job Title: Packers

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Shift: 1st (6 AM - 6 PM) and 2nd (6 PM-6 AM)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Packers to join our team at a leading pistachio processing facility in Terra Bella, CA. Packers are responsible for ensuring that pistachio products are efficiently and accurately packed, while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and sort pistachios for quality and consistency
• Pack products into containers according to company specifications
• Monitor packaging machines and report any issues or malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols
• Assist with general labor duties as needed
• Comply with all Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) procedures as applicable

Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Prior experience with Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) procedures preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
