This facility is seeking a Neurosurgery Trauma/Intensive Care Unit Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

•u0009Schedule: 10-Hour Day shifts, 7a-5p
•u0009Practice Setting: Inpatient
•u0009Types of Cases: Low/moderate risk procedures such as laceration repair, Intravenous access/ Intravenous insertion-peripheral line, fracture and dislocation reductions (minimal/moderate displacement). High risk procedures: Gastronomy tube placement, endotracheal intubation, cardioversion/defibrillation, Laryngeal mask airway (LMA), paracentesis, chest tubes, central and arterial line placement.
•u0009Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 Days
•u0009EMR: Cerner
•u0009Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) required
•u0009Licensure Required: Active California license required
