Marketing Specialist (SEO & Digital Focus) – Full-Time (On-Site, West Orange, NJ)

What You’ll Do
Content & Social Media: Manage all social platforms—plan calendars, develop and post content, engage with followers, and capture live activities for posts.
Digital Marketing: Execute and monitor SEO/SEM strategies, analyze traffic, conversion, and campaign performance, and adapt campaigns for maximum ROI.
Brand Development: Maintain a consistent brand voice across ads, events, and creative campaigns, while staying current with the latest trends in aesthetics and plastic surgery marketing.
Creative Projects: Serve as the liaison with outside vendors (web team, print, photographers, videographers), update the website with fresh content, and assist in developing eye-catching ads.
Analytics & Reporting: Produce reports on trends, campaign results, and ROI; recommend improvements based on insights.
Team Collaboration: Lead meetings, coordinate with staff, and contribute to marketing budgets and planning.
Hands-On Marketing: Order branded items, manage Constant Contact emails, and assist with special events and promotions.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, plus 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience.
Digital Fluency: Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and all major social platforms.
Creative Skills: Comfortable with Adobe Suite and Canva, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Personal Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and a natural collaborator.
Flexibility: Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Bonus Points: Previous experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or luxury/lifestyle marketing.
