Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the complete lifecycle of application-oriented Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services, including strategy, design, process re-engineering, and technology implementation.
  • Support information gathering, requirements analysis, and design activities to develop IAM roadmaps and strategies for Society applications.
  • Design and configure Oracle DB, CIAM products, MuleSoft, and JBoss/Tomcat.
  • Enhance and modernize the administration backend; administer the IAM solution and its current Oracle DB, and future databases.
  • Identify cross-team issues and communicate them to the appropriate leads.
  • Validate security solutions and architecture designs to ensure proper utilization of security components to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide functional and technical delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions.

Requirements:

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar technologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in IAM solution design and architecture.
  • At least 7 years' experience with IAM products such as Oracle OAM/IDM, OEM, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, CA Site Minder, PingFederate, etc.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and implementing modern authentication solutions (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to CIAM.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams, including on-shore and offshore resources.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with a continuous learning mindset.

The pay range is indicative and may vary based on education, experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Note: Compensation is not guaranteed until earned and vested. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
