Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on web development to join a dynamic team contributing to the organizations digital presence.

This role involves building end-to-end features, enhancing user experiences, and supporting the underlying platforms that power web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain web user experiences and supporting platforms.
  • Develop end-to-end features as part of autonomous, cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
  • Implement modern web development practices, including CI/CD, A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles.
  • Apply test-first development methodologies using modern test frameworks.
  • Engage in impactful technical discussions and share innovative ideas to improve products.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and networking.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming (Promises, Callbacks, Event Loops).
  • Hands-on experience with the Angular framework and its native tools/features.
  • Experience in visual design and rapid prototyping.
  • Proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJS or NestJS.
  • Experience with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
  • Strong Git skills and experience working in large-scale development environments (e.g., mono repositories, task orchestrators like Nx).
  • Experience in API design and development, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, automated testing, and continuous delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in hybrid work environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs.
