We are growing and are seeking an experienced hire within our Accounting & Finance Search Practice. Working with our team as an Executive Search Consultant means the following to the firm: Targeting, sourcing, consulting, engaging, and retaining prospective Candidates through cold calls, warm calls, email, or outreach using a sourcing tool or technique. Assessing candidate talent and fit for current and future jobs. Crafting, identifying, and executing effective targeting and messaging strategies to procure top talent for the firm's requisitions. Researching to create effective candidate pipelines for the firm. Providing market insights to the Client Account Managers to aid in communication to Clients. Properly recording information in our database. Qualifications: Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting on the agency side Bachelor's Degree preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas. Ability to leverage recruiting or sourcing software to develop and execute effective successful strategies. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-starter mentality. Detail-oriented.
