What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute)

• Diagnosing and repairing all kinds of factory automation equipment—think PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Drives, and more!
• Using your sharp skills to troubleshoot circuit boards down to the component level
• Documenting repairs and sourcing components when needed
• Collaborating on other technical tasks as needed—every day brings something new!
• What You Bring to the Table
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with component-level PCB troubleshooting
• Confident soldering skills and familiarity with surface mount repair
• Strong computer skills—MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are your friends
• Great attention to detail, solid organizational habits, and a passion for quality
• A team-first attitude and the ability to manage time like a pro
• Safety awareness when working with high-voltage and sensitive equipment
• A desire to keep learning and stay current with evolving tech

• An associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with tools like oscilloscopes, DMMs, Huntron testers, and variable power supplies
