Discover Dental Center is looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our growing team! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional environment.
Position: Dental Receptionist
Schedule: Full-time (hours may vary)
Responsibilities:
• Greet patients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and handle billing questions
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computers and dental software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
