We need to hire energetic and motivated Sales Consultants to help customers select, test drive, purchase a vehicle that meets their needs. You will be successful with excellent training and support from our management team! Automotive sales is fun and lucrative! The effort you put in equals the financial reward you receive.

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a test drive
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present sales pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers  

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:  

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Driver's license and good driving record

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug  screening.
