About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Animation Production Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Animation, this role will oversee the day-to-day production of animated content ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They have a proven track record in building schedules, managing cross-disciplinary teams, and keeping multiple productions moving forward at once.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with the Director of Animation and leadership to plan and execute an ongoing animated web series and other projects.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of 3D artists across disciplines.
  • Track deliverables and ensure milestones are met on time and at quality.
  • Provide clear and regular production updates to upper management.
  • Anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks and challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work culture and support professional growth among the team

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager, Producer, or similar role on 3D animated productions.
  • Strong understanding of the full animation pipeline (pre-production through post).
  • Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard tools (Autodesk Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with production/project management tools (Monday, Dropbox, version control systems).
