\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Monday through Thursday)
\n• No Friday shifts required - unit is closed on Fridays
\n• No weekend or holiday coverage required
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Patient ratio of 1:6 maximum, 1:3 expected
\n• May float to another observation unit or work day shifts based on census needs
\n• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks as guaranteed hours policy
\n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Work in a six-bay 23-hour observation unit within a surgery center PACU
\n• Staffing model includes 2 RNs and 1 PCT, with possibility of 1 RN and 1 PCT on some nights
\n• Care for patients from various services including Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, and GI procedures
\n• Skills include airway assessment, conscious sedation, medication reconciliation, phlebotomy, and IV management
\n• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR nurses in fast-paced environment
\n• Building security present overnight and moves inside surgery center after 8:00 PM
\n• Block schedules may be accommodated with manager approval based on unit needs
