Seeking a Critical Care ECMO RN Specialist for night shift coverage in a high-acuity unit. This role is not a standard ICU RN position and requires hands-on ECMO experience and formal training. The RN will manage ECMO systems and care for patients undergoing advanced extracorporeal life support.Duties include:
