Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional care for adult patients experiencing a range of mental health issues. The Nurse will work in a supportive environment that includes various specialized services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient health status and needs.


• Implement individualized care plans and treatments.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.


• Administer medication and manage side effects.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Candidates must have either CPI or HWC certification to be considered.


• BLS certification is required.


• Experience in Behavioral Health is preferred.
