Position Description:

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced graphic designer to join Foundry’s marketing team in Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibilities will include supporting new business development initiatives, local and regional integrated marketing campaigns, and strengthening the Foundry brand. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a critical role in enhancing the firm’s brand presence by developing and executing high-quality visual content for property marketing, corporate branding, and client presentations. This role requires a highly creative and detail-oriented professional with strong design skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding:

  • Conceptualize and create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Maintain and elevate the firm’s visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop custom branding for high-profile property campaigns and events, ensuring consistency across print and digital assets.

Property Marketing:

  • Design visually engaging property marketing collateral, such as flyers, signage, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with brokers and marketing associates to tailor materials to specific properties and target audiences.
  • Oversee the production and printing of marketing materials, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

Digital & Interactive Media:

  • Create engaging digital content for website updates, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop animated or interactive presentations to support high-impact client pitches.
  • Collaborate on UI/UX enhancements for digital platforms, improving the presentation of property listings.

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with brokers, marketing teams, and external vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high design standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continually enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience , preferably in commercial real estate or a professional services environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms and website content management systems, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate marketing trends and industry-specific design best practices is highly preferred.
