Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing operational expense (OPEX) forecasting, financial reporting, and project support to drive strategic decision-making and help achieve business unit goals. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, enterprise systems, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support OPEX forecasting and budgeting processes across assigned business units.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing variance analysis and insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Assist in strategic planning and scenario modeling to support business decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and controls.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Utilize enterprise systems for data extraction, consolidation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or a related finance role.
• Proven experience in OPEX management, reporting, and project-based financial support.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Salesforce (SFDC), and Workday.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
