This is a direct hire / FTE position, requiring of USC or GC work authorization. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Basis Administrator to join our client's dynamic IT team. This role is critical to the stability, performance, and scalability of our client's SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in SAP Basis administration, with specialized experience in Convergent Mediation, and SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SAP SLT). This is a hands-on technical role that requires a proactive problem-solver with a passion for SAP technologies and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end SAP Basis administration including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Manage and support SAP systems including S/4HANA, SAP CM, and Convergent Mediation environments. Implement and maintain SAP SLT for real-time data replication across heterogeneous systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the SAP landscape. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of SAP systems. Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and compliance with internal controls and security standards. Participate in SAP system migrations, refreshes, and landscape optimization projects. Required Qualifications Proven experience in SAP Basis administration in complex enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with Convergent Mediation – including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP SLT – setup, configuration, and performance optimization for real-time data replication. Solid understanding of SAP architecture, transport management, and system landscapes. Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications in Basis, HANA, or relevant modules. Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to DevOps tools and automation in SAP environments. Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management best practices.
