Will you be a part of the team? About the Role As a Salesforce Administrator at Flex, you will play a critical role in supporting the Revenue team’s ability to scale and operate efficiently. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce environment, focusing on backend configuration, issue resolution, and workflow design. You’ll support teams across Sales, Partner Success, and Partner Network Ops by building automation, ensuring data integrity, and supporting integrations with key tools like Outreach, HubSpot, and Polytomic. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical admin skills and a passion for enabling high-growth go-to-market teams. What You’ll Do Maintain and enhance Salesforce architecture including custom fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and user permissions. Own backend administration, issue resolution, and user support across the Revenue team. Design and implement automated workflows and processes to support a rapidly growing GTM team. Ensure data integrity through routine audits, duplicate management, and process enforcement. Support integrations between Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, HubSpot Marketing, and LeanData Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Maintain and update technical documentation, including workflow diagrams and system design artifacts. Adhere to DevOps best practices using sandboxes, change sets, and deployment strategies. Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a revenue-focused environment. Salesforce Administrator certification (required); Advanced Admin and/or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus. Proficiency in declarative automation (Flows), object and schema design, and system troubleshooting. Hands-on experience supporting integrations with tools like Outreach/Gong, HubSpot, LeanData and similar. Strong attention to detail and process mindset with a passion for creating scalable, reliable systems. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while also operating independently and prioritizing effectively. Nice to have: Experience with SQL and/or Sigma for analytics and business intelligence. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters. The salary compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.T he base salary pay range will be $100,000 - $115,000.
