We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Project Manager to help coordinate residential renovation projects from start to finish. This role involves managing timelines and contractor schedules, handling basic bookkeeping tasks, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners, tenants, and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate renovation timelines, contractor schedules, and materials for flip properties
  • Track and update rental payments, lease agreements, and tenant communications
  • Process and organize invoices, utility bills, and vendor payments across all entities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and expense reports for REIS, WINWIN, and JKN
  • Communicate with tenants regarding rent, maintenance, and lease renewals
  • Support property inspections, listing prep, and post-renovation checklists
  • Collaborate with property owners and management to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Real Estate or Property Management

Familiarity with renovation timelines, rental management, and property maintenance coordination.

  • Project Coordination Skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, contractors, and timelines efficiently.

  • Basic Bookkeeping or Accounting Experience

Comfortable using QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or other software to track payments, expenses, and budgets.

  • Strong Organizational Abilities

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and record-keeping skills.

  • Customer Service Experience

Professional and courteous communication with tenants, vendors, and contractors.

  • Tech-Savvy

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfortable with property management or CRM tools.

  • Problem Solver with Initiative

Able to troubleshoot issues independently and keep projects moving forward.

  • Reliable Transportation

Occasionally required for site visits, property checks, or errands.
