You will lead a small but critical production team of 8–9 employees , with full ownership of 2nd shift productivity, quality, safety, and team engagement . Your performance will be visible, measurable, and valued—and you’ll get full credit for the results you deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of 2nd shift operations, including machining, tooling, and assembly
• Coach, develop, and motivate a hardworking production team to perform at a high level
• Drive safe, efficient, high-quality production using CNC bed mills, CNC lathes, presses, and rivet-based processes
• Use your bilingual English/Spanish communication skills to lead clearly, build trust, and set expectations
• Take full ownership of results—productivity, quality, and team performance are yours to run

What Sets You Up for Success

• Experience in metalworking, tooling, or industrial manufacturing
• Working knowledge of CAD, CNC bed mills, and CNC lathes
• Strong leadership presence, clear communication, and a desire to keep getting better
