Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients for menu items, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and preparing sauces according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Embrace a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knife skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are necessary.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are paramount.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are a must.
