- As Nurse Manager II, lead a skilled nursing team, ensuring exceptional, family-centered patient care through effective leadership, staffing, and professional development.
- Oversee daily NICU operations, maintain staffing and clinical competency, promote a healing and inclusive environment, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Requirements include current RN licensure in Virginia, 5 years of clinical experience with 2 years in leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (enrolled in a Master’s program), and BLS certification.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in academic medical centers and a Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
