We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer - Senior to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins business in Rocky Mount, NC.

Championing proactive safety behaviors and applying ergonomic design principles will help create a safe, injury-free workplace and foster a culture of well-being. \n - \n Continuous Improvement and Digital Innovation
Leveraging digital tools for simulation and analysis, applying process improvement methodologies, and embracing Quality 4.0 technologies will enable data-driven decisions and long-term operational excellence. \n

Qualifications Education/Experience: \n - College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
\n - This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.

Additional Details: \n - Lead projects to implement line changes for new products
\n - Coordinate supplier equipment integration
\n - Lead line changes for tooling, process, and equipment changes for new products
\n - Support the line during project execution for infant care support
\n
