Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams (IR, accounting, treasury, media relations, and executive leadership) to support quarterly earnings releases and investor communications.
• Assist in planning and executing investor events such as site visits, investor days, non-deal roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
• Serve as a point of contact for sell-side analysts, addressing inquiries related to financial modeling and corporate strategy.
• Develop and maintain investor-facing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents.
• Conduct internal research and analysis on markets to support strategic decision-making.
• Travel periodically to attend investor conferences, site visits, and other events.
• Manage and update the investor CRM system to ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Support capital planning and FP&A teams with financial modeling and analysis.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related technical or scientific field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, sell-side research, or corporate finance/treasury.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
