Kelly is hiring an Inbound Insides Sales Representative , on behalf of a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider of industrial motion, fluid power, flow control, automation technologies, and related maintenance supplies.  
\n $50K - $65K Based on Experience
\n
\n Monday – Friday 6 am – 2 pm or 7 am – 3 pm
\n
\n Essential Functions & Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Establishes and expands relationships with current customers and the sales team\n\t
• Sells company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries, providing technical and application information, soliciting customer orders and suggesting additional products in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.\n\t
• Selects and specifies a variety of products utilizing a variety of company and vendor supplied tools/software.\n\t
• Responds to customer inquiries.\n\t
• Processes customers’ orders and send order acknowledgements.\n\t
• Checks availability and verifies ship dates.\n\t
• Increases order size by suggesting related items, explaining features, and checking customer’s buying history.\n\t
• Processes and expedites orders, customer returns and returns to vendors in an accurate and timely manner. \n\t
• Negotiates pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary.\n\t
• Works closely with outside sales team in soliciting business, executing order transactions and maintaining superior customer service levels.\n\t
• Reviews open customer order reports and takes action on open items; specifically, those items that may be at risk in meeting the customer’s promised delivery date.\n

\n Preferred  Education/Experience: \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s Degree  preferred .\n\t
• 1-3+ years’ experience in Customer Service related Industry preferred\n\t
• Experience with an Industrial Distributor a plus\n
