Phoebe builds AI-powered scheduling and back-office tools for home-health and home-care agencies. We’re looking for an experienced scheduler who can keep our client agencies running smoothly and pressure-test the products we’re shipping.

You must me comfortable learning new tools, adjusting your workflows, and excited to learn new skills.

This is a contract position with potential to expand into FT.

What you’ll do

• Own the schedule – create and update daily/weekly visit plans in WellSky, HCHB, or similar EMR; confirm with patients and clinicians.
• Triage call‐outs & reschedules – jump on last‐minute changes, back‐fill shifts, and communicate updates to all parties.
• Battle‐test Phoebe – use our AI tools every day, spot edge‐cases, and give crisp feedback that shapes the roadmap.
• Workflow improver – experiment with new automations and share ideas that make scheduling faster and kinder for everyone involved.

Requirements

• 2+ years scheduling nurses/therapists/aides in home‐health or non‐medical home‐care.
• Fluent spoken & written English; clear, confident phone etiquette.
• Hands‐on with at least one industry EMR (WellSky, HCHB, AlayaCare, etc.).
• Comfortable testing new software and documenting bugs or feature ideas.
• Excited about AI and learning new tools/workflows.
• Able to cover core weekday hours (exact schedule is flexible) and participate in an on‐call rotation if needed.

Compensation

• $30 / hour on a contract (1099) basis with potential to convert to full-time
• 100 % remote
