What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Handles a high volume of customer inquiries while ensuring each guest feels taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.
• Works with clients and vendors to validate and organize invoices, charge postings and payments.
• Communicates with groups regularly to ensure deadlines are met and the cancellation policy is understood
• Provides a warm welcome to groups and acts as the main point of contact; coordinates VIP deliveries and organize welcome reception as appropriate.
• Reserves and confirms rooms, meeting space, and banquet space when necessary.

What you should bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, office environment
• Preferred hotel experience, preferably with a Marriott or Hilton Brand
• Professionalism
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
