Job Description

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Packaging Designer to join our team. You'll design visually appealing packaging for our chocolates, snacks, sweets, and other confectionery products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design packaging concepts for various products, including chocolates, snacks, and sweets
• Create visually appealing and cohesive brand designs across product lines
• Develop and implement design strategies that meet brand objectives and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production
• Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments

COMPETENCIES

• Experience with 3D design and packaging prototyping
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging solutions
• Familiarity with design software like Sketch, Figma, or CAD
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food or packaging industry
