AIG manages claims using a wealth of technical and market knowledge about risks, business practices, and the ever-evolving legal and regulatory environment./ppHow you will create an impact/ppThe Global Quality Assurance team is looking to recruit a talented individual with experience in handling and auditing Personal Accident and Personal Lines claims to join our team on a permanent contract./ppPrimary responsibility is to perform claim file reviews to evaluate Best Practices compliance and claim handling improvement opportunities, throughout the life of a claim file, across AIG Claims. Technical and compliance reviews to include Personal Accident and Personal Lines claims across all levels of complexity, globally. Responsibilities:/pulliComplete quality reviews on all files within program guidelines while achieving and maintaining calibrated application of Line of Business best practices and claim handling expectations./liliOrganize and execute Benchmark reviews as a Team Lead; including scheduling, GQA review team oversight and results reporting./liliEstablish and maintain effective communication with Line of Business partners including presentation of constructive feedback in a positive way./liliIdentification of trends and improvement opportunities with follow-up to ensure implementation of meaningful continuous improvement and/or action plan in partnership with claims./liliCommitment to personal development and skill enhancement./li/ulpWhat youll need to succeed/pulliAdditional language skills, desirable./liliProven claims experience handling Personal Accident and Personal Lines LOB claims. Additional experience in other LOBs would be desirable./liliExcellent awareness of industry practices surrounding Claims Handling together with strong knowledge of subject matter and ability to apply it to the role./liliExperience in claims analysis and audit, desirable./liliAbility to make recommendations on action and improvement plans./liliExcellent attention to detail./liliStrong verbal and written Communication skills, ability to influence and to manage stakeholder expectations./liliExcellent organizational skills./liliEligibility to work in US and Internationality - The role is based in the US and will require to work from other AIG offices (up to 25% travel)/li/ulpReady to accelerate your career?
