Role : Finance Project Manager

Location: Las Colinas, TX – Onsite, 5 days a week

Type: Full-time

Are you a hands-on finance project manager who thrives on driving change and improving systems? We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growing organization based in Las Colinas, TX that’s on the hunt for a Finance Project Manager to spearhead high-impact projects aimed at modernizing their accounting operations—especially around inventory and asset management .

This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday , ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in the business and working closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead accounting and finance transformation projects, focusing on process optimization and systems upgrades.
• Collaborate across departments including Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Operations, and IT to streamline end-to-end workflows.
• Analyze current inventory and asset management processes, identify gaps, and design scalable future-state solutions.
• Guide ERP-related improvements, ensuring systems are aligned with operational needs and finance best practices.
• Act as the connector between technical teams and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across finance and procurement.
• Own project delivery—tracking timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of core finance processes and systems.
• Experience managing finance-related projects (ERP, EPM, etc.).
• Strong grasp of inventory and asset management from both a financial and operational lens.
• Sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset—you spot inefficiencies and know how to fix them.
• Effective communicator with the confidence to influence across business units.
• Familiarity with tools like Coupa, Blackline, Workday, or Concur is a bonus.
