Financial Operations

  • Support continuous improvement in financial processes and workflows.
  • Manage general ledger, month-end, and year-end close activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling small business or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage budgeting and financial operations independently.
  • Experience managing external banking relationships and financial negotiations.
  • Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with business insurance policy management.
  • Experience in month-end close procedures, including scheduling and coordination.

Core Competencies:

  • Integrity and ethical decision-making.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
