The Opportunity
As a Lead HVAC Installation Mechanic, you’ll be the hands-on leader guiding installation teams on residential and light commercial jobs. You’ll ensure that every system is installed efficiently, safely, and up to Anchor’s high standards of excellence. What You’ll Do
Lead and perform HVAC system installations (split systems, package units, heat pumps, ductless systems, etc.)
Supervise and mentor installation helpers and apprentices
Ensure quality control, accuracy, and safety on every job site
Read and interpret schematics and installation manuals
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Maintain a professional and positive company image at all times
Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure code compliance
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
EPA Certification required; NATE Certification a plus
Strong technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a variety of conditions
