We are seeking an experienced  High-Volume Recruiter to join our team and help us continue to exceed client expectations. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to recruit at scale without sacrificing quality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume client accounts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing client staffing needs.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough pre-screenings to ensure candidate quality and alignment with client requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate in-person interviews and orientations.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (Avionté experience a plus).
• Collaborate with branch teams and clients to anticipate hiring needs and deliver timely staffing solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience , preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment.
• Proven ability to recruit  quality candidates quickly while managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong sense of urgency and adaptability to changing client needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
