Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate and private functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for event management and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of on-site and virtual events
Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and scheduling
Maintain and update event calendars and documentation
Help manage budgets, invoices, and event supplies
Support event staff and troubleshoot issues during events
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event software/tools
