Year Up United offers a transformative opportunity through our one-year or less intensive job training program designed for young adults. Our program provides valuable in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants also benefit from an educational stipend.
Combining technical and professional training with real-world internship experiences, Year Up United collaborates with leading organizations, including American Express, Bank of America, Nationwide, and Amazon, to help participants secure valuable internships in the Phoenix area.

During the internship phase, successful Year Up United participants will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
