Oakridge Landscape is seeking a talented and energetic Enhancement Landscape Manager that provides year-round management of a client portfolio for landscape maintenance services in our LA Maintenance Division. Serves as the primary contact for their assigned customers, providing direct and indirect supervision for assigned crews. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction and enhancement projects, with a strong background in project planning, crew management, and client relations. This role demands an individual who thrives in outdoor environments, can manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, and is comfortable interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and site supervisors. Responsible for delivering Excellent Customer service, Excellent landscape Quality, Proactive landscape recommendation, staffing, training, and meeting financial goals. All duties will be performed with the utmost integrity and professionalism based on professional training and experience under the direction of the Division Manager.

Project Management

· Oversee and manage multiple landscape enhancement projects from planning through completion.

· Pre-plan and coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

· Perform site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure job status is on track.

· Be able to read and understand blueprints.

Team Leadership & Operations:

· Manage, train, and lead multiple landscape crews.

· Coordinate time and attendance and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

· Assist in hiring and onboarding field personnel.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining strong professional relationships.

· Communicate effectively with site supervisors, crew members, and key stakeholders.

· Resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales & Financial Oversight:

· Identify enhancement opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.

· Generate and track billing invoices in alignment with project milestones and completion.

· Support the sales team by providing technical knowledge and project input during the bidding process.

Administrative Duties:

· Maintain accurate project records, including time logs, progress reports, material usage, and client communications.

· Submit reports to upper management on project status and employee performance.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to meet critical deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Strong time management and organization skills.

· Proficient in administrative functions related to time tracking, billing, and reporting.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in landscape construction, project management, or enhancement landscaping.
  • Proven experience managing multiple crews and multiple enhancement projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction development processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Experience in sales or business development within the landscaping or construction industry.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites regularly.
  • Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable nature in an ever-changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (Preferred).

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, wind, mud).
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Frequent driving between job sites.
  • Occasional desk and administrative work required to support project tracking and reporting.
