Rocky Mountain Custom Services is seeking a Construction Foreman to fill our position in Lakewood, CO. We are a family-owned construction company, looking for an experienced and responsible person to join our team. The position will include any combination of work in several things, including
- Concrete pouring, sawing, and demolition
- Excavation, equipment operator
- Welding and fabrication
- Framing
- Epoxy coating
- Industrial Job Sites
- And more...
Objectives of this role
- Well-rounded experience in all aspects of construction projects
- Being very punctual
- Utilize available resources to perform duties efficiently
- Maintain high standards or workmanship
- Attention to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
- Work alongside the crew
- Run interference with crew, and customers when needed
- Attend meetings
- Jump in and help when and where it is needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License/CDL preferred
- Able to drive a truck and trailer
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Equipment operator
- Concrete forming and finishing
- Experience in construction-based work
- OSHA 10 (will train if needed)
- Can read blueprints
- Ability to physically stand, bend, and lift 50+lbs
Preferred English/Bilingual speaking
Base pay starting at $28hr depending on experience.
