Hiring Rate is \$19.93 plus \$1.00 shift differential for Nights, \$1.50 shift differential for PM\'s and \$1.00 shift differential for weekends. \$5.00 per hour pick up incentive for any shifts picked up outside your normal schedule for regular employees! Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. Primary purpose of the job is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor. Answer resident call lights. Assist residents at meal time. Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising. Feed patients or assist patients to eat or drink. Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses. Answer patient call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patients\' needs. Apply clean dressings, slings, stockings, or support bandages, under direction of nurse or physician. Communicate with patients to ascertain feelings or need for assistance or social and emotional support. Lift or assist others to lift patients to move them on or off beds, examination tables, surgical tables, or stretchers. Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to medical or nursing staff. Prepare or serve food trays. Record height or weight of patients. Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff. Turn or reposition bedridden patients.
