The Business Systems Administrator serves as a vital bridge between our Information Technology Department and business units across the Fello enterprise. This position plays a critical role in facilitating third-party business systems utilized throughout the organization, ensuring all data is accessible, usable, actionable, and stored in compliance with HIPAA and PHI requirements. The Business Systems Administrator enables our mission by ensuring the technology infrastructure that supports our programs and services operates seamlessly. The Business Systems Administrator will partner with leadership to maintain the ongoing functionality of assigned business systems across Fello and its subsidiaries. This role requires serving as a technical expert who collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved functionality, develops user-friendly documentation and training materials, and responds to help desk tickets related to business systems. The position involves monitoring user permissions and data access controls, supporting report development, and working with the IT Project Manager to implement new features and system improvements. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation combined with excellent customer service skills and the ability to translate complex system functions into accessible guidance for users with varied technical abilities. They excel at working collaboratively across diverse teams, possess strong project management and documentation skills, and demonstrate the ability to think creatively about process improvements. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities, maintains a strong sense of urgency, and communicates effectively in both written and oral formats. This position requires a high school diploma or GED (with a bachelor's degree in business or technology strongly preferred) and a minimum of three years of business systems implementation experience. Experience with data storage best practices, data privacy, and healthcare IT-related issues is strongly preferred, as is proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases. This position is full-time and eligible for telework options, with a typical work schedule Monday through Friday during Fello office hours and occasional nights and weekends.
