About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Bookkeeper who is fluent in Italian to join one of our clients, a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging solutions. This individual will play a key role in managing daily office operations while handling the companys bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing financial transactions using QuickBooks and Fishbowl.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , and invoicing
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Utilize QuickBooks and Fishbowl for financial tracking and inventory integration
• Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor management
• Support payroll and benefits processing in collaboration with ADP
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Italian-speaking clients or vendors
• Perform general office administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Italian (verbal and written)
• +5 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Fishbowl preferred
• Bachelors Degree (domestic or international) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
