Job Title: Onsite Recruiter (Staffing Agency)
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Occasional Weekends; Day Off Shifts During Week)
Pay: $22–$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our dynamic team at a fast-paced staffing agency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and enjoys making a real impact every day.
As an Onsite Recruiter, you will be the face of our agency at client locations—managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and providing daily support to our associates and client partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, warehouse, or administrative roles
Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires
Maintain strong relationships with associates and onsite management
Track attendance, resolve employee issues, and ensure staffing levels are met
Support weekend shifts as needed (with adjusted weekday hours)
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Qualifications:
2+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation (position is onsite)
