Business Operations Associate
This is a Hybrid Role
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Hours

Position Summary:
This team supports both strategic and operational objectives for Biologics Development including capital and asset management, lab operations, project management, resource management, outsourcing, operational excellence and learning and compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this individual will be responsible for maintaining systems and managing logistics to enable peak performance of Biologics Development, including compilation and communication of performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinator for department use of time tracking software tools
2. Compilation and communication of department performance metrics
3. Tracking progress on Biologics Development goals and initiatives
4. Meeting logistics and support
5. Analysis of data related to department performance

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or relevant scientific discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
2. Experience working with time tracking, project management, and support software and tools
3. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence, negotiate, and drive organizational engagement
4. Operations related data analysis and presentation skills
5. Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong presentation, facilitation, and messaging skills
7. Strong ability to ensure connectivity across multiple functions and sites

On-site Protocol:
Physical presence at the Client worksite or physical presence in the field is a necessary job function of this role, which the Company deems critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being and engagement, and it enhances the Company culture.
