What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality care for up to 75 Residents
  • Manage departments including Nursing, Admissions, Culinary, Rehabilitation, and Physical Plant
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and professional standards
  • Lead risk management, Resident Trust Fund, and clinical oversight
  • Supervise team hiring, training, performance, and discipline
  • Participate in weekly occupancy reviews and conduct regular facility rounds

What You'll Need:

  • Certified ALF Administrator license in good standing in the state of Florida (required)
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college or technical school; minimum five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
  • Minimum five years of previous Management experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of Florida ALF regulations and risk management (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with budgeting, census management, HR, and scheduling
  • Ability to communicate effectively and solve practical problems
